When you subscribe, you’ll have access to NOVA’s client portal. From there, you can schedule with your chosen lawyer (according to your needs) a time slot (he will call you on such time). If you, in fact, needed a different support, don’t worry, you will be re-directed to other lawyer that can support you.

The reserved time slot will be in periods of 15 minutes. When it reaches the monthly max that your chosen plan allows, you’ll be warned about it. You then have the option to wait for next month or to increase your available time, requesting extra time (with a separate fee subject to a special discount).

Similar to Lawyers Calls (see here), you can just schedule a document review. We assure, in regular conditions, the review in 1 to 2 utile days. It will be validated in periods of 15 minutes. When it reaches the monthly max that your chosen plan allows, you’ll be warned about it. You then have the option to wait for next month or to increase your available time, requesting extra time (with a separate fee subject to a special discount).

Besides Lawyers Calls, you can always reach out with a business lawyer, and because you have a subscription plan you are entitled to a special discount on any of our fixed-fee legal services.
So if you need help with any contracts, written advice or other legal services as part of your subscription plan or not, we can do it for you at a discounted rate.

We provide general advice on any of the areas of law that we service, including technology law, intellectual property, contract management, privacy, corporate and commercial law, employment, public procurement, debt collection and digital law.

Some complex legal issues and regulations may fall outside the scope of our general services. In these cases, we may provide you a quote for an in-depth consultation with one of our lawyers.

Areas not included in the subscription plan and that we can advise on a specific legal project basis are: court dispute, personal legal matters (such as wills, estates, personal injury, conveyancing or criminal law), regulatory advice.
If we can’t advise on your situation, we can refer you to another provider who can.

This refers to the situation where you create a document from the list of automated documents available in the NOVA’s client portal and our team will validate that document for your specific demands, making all amendments and necessary changes free of charge.

This does not includes creating a new and specific document (this would fall on the Contracts and other Documents reviews) that can be subjected to a time limit.
A fair use policy applies here, so all minor changes are included but any significant redrafting of the agreements/documents, may be considered a new project.

As a general rule, one of our lawyers should be able to collect your instructions and complete the updates within 30 minutes.
